Questions people ask before they start

Is this really Bob Bradley, or just a generic AI?

BobBot is built directly from Bob's own coaching method, questioning style and 45 years of business experience — not a generic chatbot with a leadership prompt bolted on. It asks the way Bob asks, uses the same reframes and principles he'd use in a real session, and draws on his own published writing. It isn't Bob himself, and it won't pretend to be — but it's as close as software gets.

Is what I say confidential?

Your sessions are private to you and Bob. Key elements are saved to enable BobBot to learn about you and avoid going over old ground with you. Nobody else sees them — not other users, not your team, not your board, and nothing is ever sold or shared on. Bob sometimes monitors them, because he's your coach: it's how he keeps making BobBot better, and how he spots where he might be able to help you directly. You can delete your data, or your whole account, at any time.
