Terms & trading terms

These are the terms on which Robert Bradley, trading as Bob Bradley Business Author, Speaker, Facilitator and Coach ("Bob", "we", "us"), provides the BobBot coaching app to you ("you", "the client"). By registering for or using BobBot, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BobBot is an AI coach-mentor, built to reflect Bob Bradley's coaching style, ways of working, and content. It provides business coaching conversations and is not a replacement for professional financial, legal, tax, or medical/mental-health advice. If you're facing a crisis or need professional support beyond business coaching, please seek it directly — BobBot will always point you toward the right kind of help if a conversation suggests you need it, but it isn't a substitute for it.

You must be at least 18 and using BobBot for your own genuine business leadership context, not as a joke account, for testing at scale, or for any unlawful purpose.

2. Price and payment

Your first day is entirely free, with as many sessions as you wish. After that, during the pilot period, access continues in one of two ways, and it is always your choice which:

Current prices (excl. VAT, with VAT added at checkout) are always shown on the sign-up and renewal screens before you're asked to pay anything, never hidden or sprung on you mid-conversation. Payment is collected securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details ourselves. Published ongoing subscription tiers apply once the pilot period ends.

Each renewal is a single, one-off charge for that period — not a continuous recurring subscription taken automatically from your card. Nothing is ever charged without a fresh checkout you actively complete each time a renewal is due. If you do none of the three, your access simply lapses: you keep the remainder of the day your renewal falls due, and from the following day you can still reach your account, past sessions and actions, but starting a new coaching session needs a renewal first. There is nothing to "cancel", since nothing recurs automatically.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Because BobBot is a digital service that begins delivering value (an active coaching conversation, or continued access) immediately once a payment is made, and because you expressly request and consent to that immediate performance at checkout, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital service under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once that performance has begun. If something has gone wrong with a payment — a duplicate charge, a payment taken in error, or a technical fault — contact bob@bobbradley.co.uk and we'll put it right.

4. Your account and data

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in link/account secure. See our privacy policy for what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted — including deleting your entire account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use BobBot to attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer its underlying prompts or model behaviour, to abuse, threaten, or harass anyone via the service, or to attempt to gain access to any account other than your own.

6. Intellectual property

The BobBot app, its coaching methodology, and Bob's published content remain the property of Bob Bradley. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you. The actions, summaries, and notes generated from your own coaching sessions are yours to keep and use freely.

7. Liability

BobBot is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep it running and accurate to Bob's own coaching approach, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every decision you might make based on it — it's a coaching aid, not a substitute for your own judgement or professional advice where that's what a situation calls for. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim, except where the law doesn't allow that limit (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

8. Changes

We may update these terms or BobBot itself from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use BobBot after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
